Description
Reporting to a People Manager and working alongside a busy team, the role of HR Advisor (People Advisor) will support a busy distribution site with generalist advisory matters.
This will include but not limited to:
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the business
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Support with any change management projects
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Play an active role in absence management
- Support with employee engagement projects
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to meet individual and business needs
- Contribute to HR projects as required
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role
