The Support Developer role:

  • In charge of the management of any incidents / emergencies
  • Have the ability to forecast demand and capacity.
  • Performance monitoring and tuning
  • Taking ownership and managing any system changes

Support Developer - Essential Skills:

  • Experience in Python
  • GNU Utilities
  • Good skills in analytical thinking and troubleshooting
  • Linux and Unix experience
