Pay: £12.82 per hour

Job Description: This is an opportunity to join a well established business. Your duties would involve the below:

  • Process orders via email or phone.
  • Upload orders onto company CRM software.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Stay up to date with new products and features.
  • Receive calls and direct appropriately/take accurate messages.
  • Maintain an up-to-date efficient diary and customer database.
  • Send/Receive Report Sheets for Engineers.
  • Produce/send documentation required by customers for service visits.
  • File report sheets and any other documentation for SRM.
  • Highlight remedial works required.
  • Follow/instigate procedure to ensure service appointments are booked.
  • Invoice of completed works in line with our QMS.
  • Produce maintenance, spares, and repair quotations.
  • Translate Sales quotations to digital on company CRM software.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required and the ability/willingness to develop the role.

Required Experience:

Experience in a similar environment is required.

The role is due to start immediately for the successful candidate.
