As an IT Support Engineer you will be:

  • Tending to the technology requirements for company directors and associated individuals
  • You will be diagnosing and finding solutions for all hardware and software issues
  • You will be providing an on -call service
  • You will be adhering to published processes and procedures whilst investigating changes
  • You will be maintaining asset inventory ensure accuracy at all times

They are looking for IT Support Engineers who have:

  • VIP Support
  • Strong communication with the ability to manage stakeholders
  • Software and Hardware Support
  • Anti-Virus and Security Support
