As an IT Support Engineer you will be:
- Tending to the technology requirements for company directors and associated individuals
- You will be diagnosing and finding solutions for all hardware and software issues
- You will be providing an on -call service
- You will be adhering to published processes and procedures whilst investigating changes
- You will be maintaining asset inventory ensure accuracy at all times
They are looking for IT Support Engineers who have:
- VIP Support
- Strong communication with the ability to manage stakeholders
- Software and Hardware Support
- Anti-Virus and Security Support
