We’re recruiting on behalf of a small yet established IT company that offers a friendly & supportive team environment along with the flexibility of office & remote working. As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be an integral part of the team and you’ll provide remote and on-site technical IT assistance to businesses throughout Staffordshire and Cheshire. Other responsibilities include:

Setting up, configuring and installing a variety of hardware and software.
Ensuring security upgrades and antivirus installations are applied and kept up to date.
Fault finding, troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues.

What you’ll need:

Previous experience within a similar Desktop Support Technician / IT Support Engineer role
A driving license with access to a vehicle as there will be occasional travel to clients' sites
A positive, friendly and collaborative attitude with a willingness to ‘get stuck in’

Other Information:

Salary: Up to £32,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:30am – 17:30pm
Holidays: 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Hybrid Working - 1 x week working from office - 1 x week working from home
