Role Purpose:

We’re looking for talented individuals passionate about quality assurance and testing to join the aggregator team as an Aggregator Test Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing testing plans and data, conducting manual and automation testing for internal quality assurance, attending project meetings, and coordinating Aggregator Testing for rapid change projects. Primary duties will involve testing software, identifying bugs, documenting findings, managing re-testing and regression testing, and completing supporting documentation across various workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and manage UAT and system test processes for all PCW’s.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver test capabilities, business quality outcomes of projects within set timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Use various testing techniques to plan and execute tests innovatively and promptly.
  • Identify defects, escalate to the relevant personnel, and ensure resolution.
  • Support safe change implementation through active engagement and collaboration.
  • Follow appropriate test processes and controls, aligning with project governance frameworks to control test deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate testing records for traceability and audits.
  • Present a professional image, maintain positive relationships, ensure confidentiality, and promote compliance with quality principles and company policies.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience in Manual User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or system test position
  • Knowledge of CDL Strata/Echelon · Knowledge of JIRA
  • Experience in industry standard test processes and controls – defect management, regression testing, risk & issue management, planning and change control
  • Highly accurate, paying appropriate attention to detail
  • Can communicate clearly and concisely · Be highly numerate and literate and have excellent analytical skills
  • Contribute to achieving team/ department objectives
  • Able to create a positive working environment · Proven ability to deliver within tight time frames

Desirable:

  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (2007+)
  • Knowledge of Personal lines insurance products
  • Experience of working in the Financial Services Industry
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops
