An exciting opportunity has presented itself for an ambitious Town Planner to join a well-established Planning and Environmental Team based out of Stoke-On-Trent as part of a UK leading Multidisciplinary Consultancy!

The current team deal with an impressive range of projects including renewable energy, waste, industrial and commercial and major infrastructure, and have an exciting pipeline of projects, particularly in renewable energy, including solar, battery and wind technologies.

In this role, you will provide advice and guidance on planning and environmental matters to a variety of clients including leading renewable energy developers, utility and infrastructure companies, waste management operators, house builders, land promoters, investment institutions, and others throughout all stages of the planning process.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree and have a strong track record working on medium / large scale planning projects and demonstrate a high level of technical competency, and quality of work, together with good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and writing skills. The role will require working on a number of projects, so a proven ability to manage your own time and workload within tight timescales, and ability to problem solve is critical.
