A leading Stoke based law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly and supportive team. You must be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or equivalent).

The firm offer a competitive benefits package including pension scheme, death in service, employee assistance programme, perkbox plus hybrid working after 3 months (2 days from home and 3 days in the office).

Duties include

  • Handling a busy varied caseload including all types of residential conveyancing matters
  • Meeting and maintaining relations with clients
  • Liaising with other agencies including estate agents, other parties’ solicitors, search agencies, mortgage lenders, brokers etc
  • Engaging in marketing activities
