Legal Client Service Advisor

Our client is offering a fantastic position for a Client Service Advisor in Hanley, with a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000. The role is full time and office based but flexibility can be given around hours. ABOUT THE FIRMOur client is one of the largest and most experienced firms in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire. As a Client Service Advisor, you will be part of a team that provides a range of legal services for personal and business clients, including Agriculture, Commercial Property, Residential Property, Personal Injury and Compensation, Company and Commercial, Wills Trusts and Probate, and Family Law.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Client Service Advisor, you will be responsible for completing the administration and conversion of enquiries into new business particularly within the fields of commercial and residential. You will need to be self-driven with a positive and resilient outlook, computer literate, and have client-focused service and administration experience. You will be a 'team player' with excellent time management and organisational skills.
