Salary and Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £29,000 including car allowance.
- Financial guarantees to £45,000 for 5 months.

- Realistic OTE of £55,000 - £70,000.
- Commission structure offering between 10% - 25% on all business banked.

Location and Market Overview: The role is based in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, a bustling area with a high demand for mortgage services. On average, 24 properties are sold per month in the Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent area, with properties ranging up to £400,000, but the average property size is £114,000.
Main Duties:
- Handle between 8 - 10 new mortgage leads provided weekly by the estate agency staff.
- Utilise hundreds of mortgage products and a panel of life companies for associated protection products.
- Offer a remortgage service to the existing loyal client base.
- Provide whole of market mortgage advice to clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
- Fully CeMAP qualified.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
