Pallet Network Freight Manager, Pallet Line, Stoke to £38,000

A leading Distribution and Logistics firm in Stoke are requiring an experienced Network Freight Manager. They are leader in their field and due to growth require a Pallet Network Freight Manager to take charge of our network operations and help ensure customers get the reliable service they expect. This person will be leading a small team as well as being hands on, so will require previous experience in leadership.

Requirements:

Experienced in managing the complexities of a team within a Pallet Network environment;

Confident in working independently and solving day-to-day operational challenges;

Skilled in vehicle planning to achieve operational efficiency;

Proactive in managing and addressing challenges effectively;

An excellent communicator with strong telephone skills and the ability to empathise with customers;

Computer literate, with a solid understanding of MS Office;

Diligent, with exceptional attention to detail;

A quick learner who can adapt and implement changes as needed.

The successful candidate must:

Have experience of working with/for a Pallet Network (min. 2 years);

Have experience of managing a team (min. 2 years)
