Location: Stoke on Trent

Salary: Very competitive

Hours:  Nights 20:00 – 06:00 Monday to Friday

              Days 06:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday (some Saturdays TBC)

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor (Days OR Nights) to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in logistics warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient processes, overseeing the unloading and storage of goods for import/export and delivery, and confidently stepping in to deputise for the Warehouse Manager when needed. A valid Counterbalance FLT certificate is essential.

Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:

• Demonstrate experience within an operational warehouse environment/a logistics company would be beneficial
• A valid Counterbalance FLT certificate is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Recognised pass rate for GCSE in Maths and English
• Strong numeracy/literacy essential/excellent computer skills
• Team player and a clear and confident communicator.
• Accurate with a high level of attention to detail.
• Highly organised with ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• General understanding of customer accounts, Pallet in/out etc
• Be a Level 1 User on Cargowise
• Outbound - print picks, change locations, and finalise picks
• Inbound – Print labels for pallets, finalise a receipt
• Stock Checking – Run relevant stock management reports.
• Understand and explain all paperwork associated with picks and receipts.
• Create and input the data in the relevant fields on a new import arrival.
• Able to check and arrive the import to receive authority to unload.
