Description

As Manufacturing Engineer you will be tasked with the following;

  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes and systems
  • Analyse manufacturing process flows for enhancement of quality, cost reduction, and throughput
  • Collaborate with design engineering regarding product tooling and design
  • Estimate production costs and effect of product design changes for management review
  • Implement process control systems to meet production requirements and standards
  • Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble products
  • Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace
  • Coordinate with equipment vendors to ensure satisfactory system performance

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing systems and procedures
  • Proficient in CAD software and data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
