Are you a highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for your next exciting opportunity? Our client's facility in Trentham is currently seeking individuals like you to join their team and carry out top-quality servicing and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science
- An apprenticeship in engineering would be preferred, but it is not essential
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing company
- Proven track record in delivering maintenance and servicing projects
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proactivity and strong problem-solving abilities
- Team-working skills
- Good understanding of circuits on various machines for electrical troubleshooting
- Good understanding of mechanical properties and failure points for mechanical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of welding processes
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong written and numerical skills
In return for your skills and expertise, our client offers:
- A 39-hour week, Monday to Friday day shift, with an early finish on Fridays
- A competitive salary ranging from 34k to 44k per year, commensurate with experience
