Project Administrator Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project management team with the coordination, administration, and execution of Fire and Security projects.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Handle project-related paperwork, including system drawings, RAMS, programming guides, permits, and compliance documentation, ensuring proper preparation and distribution.
  • Handle calls, manage emails, and address general enquiries related to ongoing projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring prompt responses to enquiries.
  • Resolve client concerns and escalate issues to the project manager when needed.
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet all quality and regulatory standards.

Project Administrator Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience in an Administrative or Assistant role within the Fire & Security, Construction, or Facilities Management industries.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise time effectively, and ensure a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, both written and verbal.
