Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Minor Works Manager to oversee minor works projects (up to 100K) within a healthcare environment. This role is vital to ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards from quotation through to completion. Your responsibilities will involve site visits, contractor management, health and safety oversight, and maintaining comprehensive financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple refurbishment projects, including decoration, flooring, lighting, and plant upgrades.
  • Arrange site visits, obtain quotations, place orders, and oversee the execution of works.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while managing contractors effectively.
  • Attend client meetings, provide regular progress reports, and maintain accurate project records.
  • Prepare financial paperwork for billing and ensure room data sheets and drawings are current.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing small works in a maintenance environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and proficiency in IT, including basic Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
