I'm currently working with a key client, a UK Housebuilder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager for their major residential scheme in Stoke On Trent. The scheme compromises of 150 Traditional build units, mixture of houses and apartments.

Duties:

• As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from super structure through to handover.
• You will be responsible for managing the programme
• Managing subcontractors on site
• Managing health and safety
• Weekly reporting and reporting into the Project Manager on site.
• Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards
• Undertake regular quality control audits, document observations and follow up on outcomes.
