  • 4+ years' experience in Paid Social.
  • Hybrid - Stoke on Trent

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?We are looking for a skilled Facebook Ads Specialist with expertise in the gambling niche. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns specifically for the online gambling industry, ensuring compliance with platform regulations while driving high-quality traffic.

As the Paid Social Specialist - advertising, forecasts, analysing, strategy, as well as keeping up to date on the latest Paid Social practices are all part of this position and should be common knowledge for the successful applicant.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch and optimise Meta Ad campaigns targeting potential buyers.
  • Generate engaging ad copy and design for Gambling products.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies to optimise ROI.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with Facebook's advertising guidelines, with a focus on gambling content.
  • Work with the wider organisation and collaborate with Content and Design teams.
  • Monitor audience insight/data.
  • A/B Testing on ad elements to optimise performance.
  • Manage Ad budgets efficiently.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • 4+ years in a Paid Media position.
  • 4+ years Paid Social experience.
  • Highly Strategic mindset.
  • iGaming experience highly desirable.
  • Great communication skills
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads.
  • Meta Ads experience essential.
  • Excellent teamwork.
