Role:
- Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the site/region are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.
- Ensure that plant faults and defects are always swiftly maintained in a serviceable order.
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork/CAFM is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator.
- The position will require you to provide engineering support in emergency situations and to act as instructed by relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Relevant NVQ Qualification - HVAC / Refrigeration / Air Conditioning.
- FGAS CAT 1 - C&G 2079-11.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience in working on : - AC Splits, VRV, VRF, FCU, AHU and Chillers.
- Good knowledge of fault finding and repair.
- Good general problem solving skills.
- Electrical fault finding / tracing experience (within the appliance).
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and manuals.
Desirable: -
- Previous experience working with ASHP or other Renewable Technologies.
- Previous experience working with MVHR units.
- Gas / Plumbing experience or qualifications.
