HSEQ Systems Coordinator

Stoke-on-Trent

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Flexibility on hours can be discussed).

HSEQ Systems Coordinator required for a highly successful international manufacturer.  The role will suit those seeking a varied role in an employee focused business.

The successful HSEQ Systems Coordinator will need experience of HSEQ in a manufacturing or similar environment and be internal and/or lead auditor trained or equivalent. 

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will support the business in ensuring all HSEQ systems and compliance are implemented and monitored successfully.  You will work closely with the H&S Advisor.

The HSEQ Systems Coordinator Role:

  • Ensuring the maintenance of all external certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, AS 9100D & GMP.
  • Ability to host and support 2nd and 3rd party audits/inspections over all management systems.
  • Supporting departmental managers in the creation and maintenance of process definitions and work instructions.
  • Completing internal audits for the management system.
  • Participation in meetings related to the management systems and site activities to include taking and reporting meeting minutes.
  • Completing KPI trend analysis.
  • Investigating customer complaints.
  • Continuous improvement projects to achieve management system strategic goals.

The Successful HSEQ Systems Coordinator:

  • Previous HSEQ experience.
  • Strong administrative skills, particularly using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You will be internal, or lead auditor trained or equivalent.
