- Developing initial drawings of new components and producing practical designs based on pre-confirmed customer information.
- Amendments to current drawings.
- Maintaining the drawing database.
- Building new Bills of Material List and GA drawings with supervisor input.
- Use computer-aided design software to design concepts.
What you need to succeed?
- Proven experience in an engineering environment and a demonstrated ability to independently produce innovative and successful designs as part of large or small projects.
- Proficient in software applications, 2D & 3D package skills, ideally Inventor and/or AutoCAD.
- Ability to recognise customer product needs and market trends affecting product requirements.
- Working knowledge and understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- University Degree in Engineering
