As a Mechanical Inspector, you’ll conduct meticulous assessments of components, both at our facilities and on-site with customers and suppliers. You’ll ensure that every part meets rigorous specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements, contributing to the reliability and reputation of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the Quality Champion: Represent us at customer and supplier premises, upholding our values and standards.
  • Precision Inspections: Use advanced measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions, surface finishes, and tolerances.
  • Document Excellence: Maintain detailed inspection reports and calibration records, ensuring traceability and accuracy.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: Identify non-conformities, issue failure notices, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support Innovation: Help refine inspection procedures and quality control processes for better outcomes.
  • Safety First: Report potential hazards or maintenance issues to ensure a safe and efficient work

Candidate Requirements:

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively share findings with stakeholders.
  • Experience in quality control, inspection processes, or a related field is a plus.
  • IT literate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
