As a Mechanical Inspector, you’ll conduct meticulous assessments of components, both at our facilities and on-site with customers and suppliers. You’ll ensure that every part meets rigorous specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements, contributing to the reliability and reputation of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Be the Quality Champion: Represent us at customer and supplier premises, upholding our values and standards.
- Precision Inspections: Use advanced measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions, surface finishes, and tolerances.
- Document Excellence: Maintain detailed inspection reports and calibration records, ensuring traceability and accuracy.
- Problem-Solving Pro: Identify non-conformities, issue failure notices, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
- Support Innovation: Help refine inspection procedures and quality control processes for better outcomes.
- Safety First: Report potential hazards or maintenance issues to ensure a safe and efficient work
Candidate Requirements:
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively share findings with stakeholders.
- Experience in quality control, inspection processes, or a related field is a plus.
- IT literate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
