KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - Remote workingThis company is a leading provider of water and wastewater services to the Industrial, Public and Commercial sectors. They are looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team and take ownership of the most important accounts.JOB SUMMARYAs a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with key customers in the Industrial, Public or Commercial sectors. You will act as the 'whole life customer manager' for all aspects of the services provided by this company. Your main focus will be on retaining customers and maximising their value to the company.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED

  • Build a contact strategy with the customer
  • Act as the single point of accountability for the relationship
  • Organise and attended customer account reviews
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers
  • Fully understand all commercial aspects of your accounts
  • Identify and develop creative growth opportunities within accounts
  • Support and help the wider account management and key account management team

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Previous experience of working in a regulated water or energy market.
  • Track record of successful solution selling
  • Strong relationship building and team working skills
