The successful Production Manager will manage a small team of production operatives and will ensure the production process operates smoothly on time and to standard. This position is based in Stoke on Trent.

Who We're Looking For:
- Qualified Engineer: Minimum level 3 in an engineering.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of process with experience of working in an engineering environment.
- People Management: Experience of supervising/managing a team.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Positive can-do attitude, self-motivated.
- Excellent Communicator: Ability to engage with the team and internal departments, make decisions, with a good level of HSE awareness.
