The successful Production Manager will need to have experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment. You need to be confident managing a team of 8 and be improvements driven. A related qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, this is a hands-on managerial role where will oversee a team of 8 operatives to ensure all manufacturing schedules are met in a safe and timely manner to meet customer requirements. You will monitor all compliance standards are met and develop close working relationships with other departments.

The Production Manager Role:
* Managing a team of production operatives.
* Ensure all manufacturing, filling and bulk loading schedules are achieved and completed in a safe and timely.
* Manage all compliance standards.
* Support with Right First Time behaviours into production.
* Continuous Improvement activities to achieve best LEAN manufacturing practice.
* Work closely with Head of Manufacturing and other internal departments
The Successful Production Manager:
* Experience in a Production/Manufacturing Manager role .
* CI experience.
* Ability to successfully lead a team to ensure manufacturing output.
* Team player
