Key Responsibilities
- Perform general nursing duties, including wound care, immunizations, and chronic disease management (e.g., asthma, diabetes, hypertension).
- Support health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.
- Assist with family planning, cervical cytology, and other women's health services.
- Conduct screening and diagnostic tests within the scope of practice.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, Healthcare Assistants, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMISWeb.

Hours of Work
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week (flexible working patterns can be considered).
- 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
