Sonic Summary

Location: Stoke, with an ASAP start and a minimum duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
Full-time hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00.
The position is classified as Band 6 and requires applicants to have experience in a social care Occupational Therapy role or in a community setting.

Job description:

Applicants would benefit from having worked in a social care Occupational Therapy role previously or have experience of the community setting.
The Team supports adults within their own homes where the primary need is physical disability with long-term health conditions.
The aim of OT intervention is to assist people to remain as independent as possible in the community.
