We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Administrator to join our client's team within the Utilities industry. If you are an organised individual with a flair for multitasking and a passion for providing excellent administrative support, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Applicants must have previous experience of using Sage system.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the team
  • Responsible for processing orders
  • Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary resources are available
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data is kept up-to-date
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Confident use of Excel, spreadsheets
  • Previous knowledge of Sage is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and ability to use own initiative
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work

Important Information:

  • Competitive hourly Rate of £12.50PH
  • Full-time working hours- Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM- Can be flexible for the right person.
  • Location: Newcastle under Lyme
  • Temporary role
