Aspire People are looking to appoint QTS Teachers to join one of our client specialist SEMHD school in Stoke-On-Trent. The school focus on creating a supportive and inclusive environment for pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Difficulties (SEMH) and challenging behaviours.

About the Role
As a Qualified Primary Teacher in this specialist school, you will:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to smaller class sizes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support pupils' unique needs and help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging progress and engagement.
Build strong relationships with pupils to inspire trust and confidence.

About You
The successful candidate will possess:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Resilience, patience, and a strong understanding of SEMHD and challenging behaviours.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to creating tailored learning experiences.
- The ability to build meaningful and trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
