Type: Interim/ Temp – with potential to go perm

Term-Time Only (potential to extend to holiday periods)

About the Role:

We’re looking for reliable, community-minded individuals to join an innovative Transport team as Passenger Assistants. You’ll be supporting a dedicated driver on a regular route each day, helping to transport special educational needs (SEN) children and elderly passengers to school, day care, and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist SEN children with safe transport to and from school each day.
  • Support elderly passengers with their journeys to day care and community activities.
  • Provide a welcoming, calm, and supportive presence on each journey.
  • Collaborate with drivers to ensure a safe, positive environment for all passengers.

  • Willing to undergo medical first aid training (no prior experience required but an advantage).
