Are you a dedicated and passionate teacher looking for a new opportunity? Academics are supporting a wonderful Catholic school in Stoke-on-Trent in placing a Year 2 Teacher to join their team full-time after the half-term break until Christmas. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Full class teacher responsibilities, including pupil progress and classroom management
- Supporting the school's ethos and values, contributing to the faith-based education
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2
- A commitment to the Catholic ethos (you do not need to be Catholic, but should respect and support the values)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to engage and inspire young learners
