We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the Governance, Policy, and Performance Team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. The role involves providing comprehensive clerical and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a high-quality administrative service, including word processing, data input, and general clerical tasks.
  • Developing and maintaining effective record-keeping systems.
  • Responding to enquiries from internal and external customers professionally and efficiently.
  • Supporting the team in achieving governance and performance objectives.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong administrative skills, with a detailed understanding of clerical systems such as filing and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, particularly staff records.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet quality standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
