Are you a Production Supervisor looking to directly contribute to the success of an exciting business where you will be given the autonomy and responsibility to manage the complete project, giving you a platform for creatively?

This role would suit a Production Supervisor or similar with a Windows and Doors background, as well as full exposure to PVC premium products, looking to have the freedom to be creative and drive services with a clear product vision and strategy.

THE ROLE:

Production Supervision of PVC premium products (windows and doors)
Overseeing Residence section within the PVC production
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Spot trends in customer interactions and identify areas for improvement

THE PERSON:

Experience with PVC factory premium products
Experience within manufacturing
Experience with continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
