We Are Footprint are seeking an experienced freelanceProject Manager to lead a brand-new, large-scale industrial build in Stoke for a leading regional main contractor. This flagship scheme is a long-term, high-profile project, offering a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise in industrial new builds.
The Role:
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
?End-to-end project management overseeing all phases from planning to completion.
?Client liaison managing expectations and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
?Quality & compliance maintaining a high standard of workmanship and adhering to regulations.
?Team leadership coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
?Programme & budget control ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
What Were Looking For:
?? At least five years experience managing large-scale new build industrial projects.
?? Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
?? A quality-focused approach to project delivery.
?? Proven track record of delivering complex schemes on time and within budget.
?? Knowledge of construction regulations, health & safety, and best practices.
