Salary range: 50,000 - 60,000 (flexible depending on experience)
Nonstop Care is working with an independent fostering agency, in the West Midlands, who is looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join their Independent Fostering Agency on a permanent basis.
This is your chance to join and lead a team of experienced Social Workers. You would be going into a team that works well together, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for identifying, nurturing, and supporting social work managers within the agency.
- Ensuring the agency and its employees maintain the highest standards of care, including responsibility for the overall Ofsted rating.
- Management and implementation of policies and quality assurance standards, including fostering business plans.
Requirements:
- Experience in upper-level management, preferably as head of fostering or in a similar role.
- Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
- Driver's license.
- A deep commitment to supporting foster carers and families in providing the best possible support.
