Buying Administrator (11 Week Temporary Contract) 

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the purchasing department, covering all aspects of admin using internal systems and Excel, setting up new lines, working with master data and templated documents, uploading price files to the system with stock information. 

Responsibilities

  • Updating price files 
  • Setting up new lines for the buyers
  • Supporting buyers with administrative tasks 
  • Obtaining information from suppliers and internally
  • Stock administration
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets 
  • Any other admin tasks required by the team

Skills/Experience

  • High attention to detail
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft office
  • Accuracy and ability to follow instructions
  • The ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to carry out basic analysis on information
  • Good communication skills at all levels

Hours: 37.5hrs per week Mon - Fri (Office based for 2 - 3 weeks then hybrid)

£12.21 per hour (Paid Weekly!)
