The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring top-notch audit quality and compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP standards.











Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of audit and accounting clients.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and other relevant regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of audit and accounts professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, adapting practices accordingly.







Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
  • Full clean drivers licence.
  • Extensive experience in audit and accounting, with a strong understanding of current standards and regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
