Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Surveyor to manage maintenance and construction projects across a corporate property portfolio. This is a key role where you will oversee planned and responsive maintenance, refurbishments, adaptations, extensions, and alterations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
路Oversee maintenance and construction projects, including refurbishments, extensions, and alterations.
路Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
路Provide expert advice on the design of refurbishment or new build projects, integrating effective maintenance strategies.
路Prepare bills of quantities, schedules of work, and estimates for building works.
路Manage valuations, accounts, and payment processes for ongoing and completed works.
路Conduct site visits, inspections, and liaise with contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
路Contribute to the development and implementation of the Corporate Asset Management Plan.
路Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including CDM regulations.
Requirements:
路Proven experience in project surveying, managing both maintenance and construction projects.
路Strong knowledge of building contracts, construction processes, and maintenance practices.
路Familiarity with asset management, budget preparation, and contract documentation.
路Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
路Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to liaise with contractors, public stakeholders, and other departments.
路Proficiency in using property management software and systems.
路A relevant degree or professional qualification in surveying or a related field.
