We are recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established business that has developed a strong reputation for quality and service over 50 successful years. They specialise in construction, renovations, and fit-outs for public and private sector clients, so you'll get variety along with:
  • Local Projects: Within a 50-mile radius of Stoke-on-Trent

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will develop accurate cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation to ensure the success of each project. You’ll take charge of managing contracts, valuations, and final accounts, maintaining smooth financial operations throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you’ll offer expert cost advice while building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to guarantee satisfaction and project success.Projects are varied such as student accommodations, warehousing units, residential buildings or manufacturing facilities and can include Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing work.What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveying within construction
  • Mechanical, electrical or Plumbing experience would be a bonus
  • Strong understanding of JCT contracts
