You’ll be responsible for the administration of our client’s property maintenance, compliance and repairs work. You’ll help with the development of a thorough property database and other records within the Property Team and the wider Group.

Job requirements

  • Co-ordinate all property information, making sure it’s up to date and any issues are raised.

  • Schedule appointments for their Property Surveyors and Estates Team to visit homes and schemes.

  • Monitor supplier and contractor invoices in line with the Group’s process.

  • Help with any duties that form part of the Customer Hub as and when required.

  • Arrange, attend, and minute meetings and prepare any associated documents as requested.

  • Update systems with any customer contact in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Complete admin duties as required by the Property Management Team in relation to the Asset Management Strategy.

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent or qualified by substantial experience in this area.

  • Experience of working as part of a team and having a 'one team approach’ and a 'can do’ attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Understanding of what great customer service is.

  • Ability to fulfil contractual commitments for commissioned services.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and demands.
