Job Profile

As a New Homes Move Manager, youll manage multiple cases, maintaining close communication with key stakeholders throughout the sales process. Your role will include gathering necessary documentation, liaising with mortgage advisors, solicitors, and surveyors, and ensuring that all legal and financial requirements are met. With strong administrative skills and a passion for customer service, youll play a crucial role in driving sales to completion.

Duties
  • Register client details and manage documentation
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, including mortgage advisors, solicitors, surveyors, buyers, and vendors
  • Ensure timely completion of the home-buying process
  • Gather and verify documents, such as identification and mortgage agreements
  • Provide updates and manage communication throughout the transaction
  • Handle multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring smooth progress
