We have a great opportunity for a property professional to join our clients in the Stoke-On-Trent area as a Senior New Homes Negotiator. 

Ideally, our clients are looking for someone who has previous experience in New Build sales. however, they would consider property professionals looking to move into new homes. 

Working hours of a Senior New Homes Negotiator:

  • 5 day working week
  • Full time 

The successful Senior New Homes Negotiator will be offered:

  • Basic up to £25,000
  • Up to £35,000 OTE
  • Company Car
  • Ongoing training and support

Senior New Homes Negotiator requirements:

  • Previous experience in New Homes is ideal however will consider an applicant with a Property background
  • Hard-working and results-driven individual
  • Excellent ability to build rapport
  • Motivated to exceed targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs

Responsibilities included in the role of a Senior New Homes Negotiator:

  • Register client details
  • Book and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between developers and buyers
  • Working as part of a team
  • General admin
