Our client is a highly successful multi-channel recruitment consultancy looking to grow its international division with the hire of a candidate-focussed consultant. Our client operates in the tech world and deals with clients in Poland, Romania and Czechia amongst others so a native speaker of those languages would be preferable. In short;
- engage with appropriate talent to build a pipeline and network of strong candidates
- liaise with account managers to understand the various vacancies they are working on
- head-hunt the best candidates through Linkedin and sell opportunities well enough for them to engage in a conversation
- help manage the interview process via feedback and check-ins with your candidate
- lead generate from strong engagement with your network
Ideally you will be a speaker of a European language and have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience. You must be a confident user of Linkedin and CRM's and have the tenacity to engage with candidates at mid-senior level.
