What can I expect day to day?

As a Recruitment Consultant in the Education Team at Stoke, you'll have the freedom to do things differently, supported by colleagues with a wealth of experience empowering you to learn and grow. No day is the same here at Hays, and you will gain experience across a varied range of skills to include:

Building relationships with clients
Winning new business
Managing vacancies from start to finish
Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
Matching the best candidates to the best jobs

What you'll need to succeed

Essential:
- Proven track record in sales environment or former job
- Commercial, innovative and resilient individual
- Relationship focused with the confidence to build strong networks
- People focused with a sales-driven mentality
- Collaborative in spirit with a growth mindset to develop a long-lasting career
Desirable:
- Experience in Education or Education Recruitment
