KPI Recruiting is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology Division.

Working Hours: 08:30am - 5:30pm (Monday to Thursday) 08:30am - 5:00pm (Friday) 

Location: KPI Recruiting Headquarters, Etruria Road, ST4 6JH

What will the day-to-day duties involve?

  • Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market
  • Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, arrange interviews, skills assessments and reference checks
  • Ensure clear communication between key stakeholders, such as clients and candidates
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, aiming to match them with suitable opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality service
  • Actively follow the weekly sales cycle and promote KPI Recruiting to generate leads
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Plan to meet the future recruitment needs of Technology clients

What we would like to see from you?

  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience in a 360-recruitment role is required
  • Business development experience is essential
  • Understanding of Digital & Data Transformation is desired
  • Experience working with DevOps, Full-stack Developers and Data talent is also desired
  • Professional conduct
  • Great Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage your own time
  • Self-starter, with problem solving skills
  • Always maintains a sense of humour!
