My client is a community caf based in Stoke-on-Trent, looking for a talented passionate individual to join their team as their Caf supervisor.
You will be part of a team that ensures the Caf providesgood qualityfoodon a daily basisconsistently meeting customer requirements.
The duties and responsibilities of the Caf Supervisor will be
- Support and deputise for the manager
- Ensuring that the caf is adequately staffed by effective rota management
- Key holder responsibilities including opening and closing the caf
- Operating the till including cash handling and card payments
- Maintaining and monitoring inventories
- Front of house duties
- Ensure that high standards are maintained in health and safety, food hygiene and preparation, and dealing with customer feedback appropriately.
- Have experience in a front of house supervisory role
- Have experience working in a caf setting
- Have good leadership skills
- Be organised, hardworking and have a real passion for hospitality
Schedule: 22.5 hours per week, shifts between 8am-6pm
Salary (ProRata):15,000per annum
