Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring all students are supported to achieve their full potential.

Promote a strong understanding of scientific principles and encourage students to develop a love for the subject.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with the Science department and other staff to develop curriculum initiatives.
Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the overall development of the school community.
Key Requirements:

A recognised teaching qualification (QTS) and experience teaching Science at secondary level.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.
