 ABC Teachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to inspire students and help them excel. The role will be working across all key stages, in the Stoke on Trent area.

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a qualified Spanish Teacher to work our client school, based in Stoke on Trent. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic lessons in Spanish, helping students develop their language skills and cultural awareness. This is a full time role, with all teaching responsibilities expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Spanish lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the potential to teach A-level.
  • Inspire students to develop a love for languages and explore Spanish culture.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Use creative teaching methods to engage students of all abilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Spanish at the secondary level.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in their learning.
  • Commitment to carrying out the full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessments.
  • Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
