The Role:
We are looking for energetic and committed individuals to take on the role of Cover Supervisor. Whether you’re seeking full-time or part-time work, this flexible role is perfect for university students or anyone wanting to gain experience in the education sector. As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead and supervise classes, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning during teacher absences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain classroom order.
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to safeguarding procedures.
- Effectively communicate with young people and build positive relationships.
- Use innovative and resourceful methods to ensure students stay focused and motivated.
