Our well-established special educational needs school in Stoke-on-Trent is currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team starting in January 2025.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting students aged 4-18 with Autism (ASC) and social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH). Your main responsibilities will include assisting the teacher in delivering personalized learning experiences, fostering child development, and ensuring the well-being and safety of all students.

Working full-time from Monday to Friday, you will have the opportunity to work closely with small groups and individual students, encouraging inclusion and helping them reach their full potential. Additionally, you will lead classroom activities following lesson plans provided by the teacher, contributing to the overall educational environment that promotes student success.
